RDS Bride of the Year Show.

I will keep this post short and sweet and let the pictures do the talking.

This year I had the chance to go alongside The Makeup Crew and work on one of the Ireland's biggest wedding shows. Experience you get is amazing as well as the people you meet, it improves your skill and confidence greatly. I love doing these shows and hopefully will keep doing them in the future.
Since everyone is a professional it is easy an laid back to work there as there is no one being late or complaining about things. The models arrive get their makeup and hair done and then go get dressed for the catwalk. You get to see all of the beautiful dresses before they walk out and the excitement in everyone's faces it is really a wonderful experience.
There are 2 catwalks on both days and on each run there are 1 mother of the bride chosen to get her outfit picked out, makeup and hair done. On the day 2 I had the chance to do the mother of the bride who had been picked out from the audience, and the excitement in her face was just wonderful to look at, especially after I finished with the makeup and she absolutely loved it.  As a make-up artist this is one of the most uplifting things you get to see, making someone feel happy about the way they look and giving them that little bit of confidence and joy.
